Our Fresh meals are offered in various portion sizes to cater to your needs and to fit with your lifestyle.
Small: 300-399 calories (3oz protein + 3oz grains + 3oz vegetables).
Large: 500-599 calories (5oz protein + 6oz grains + 6oz vegetables).
MEALS ARE DELIVERED TUESDAY AND FRIDAY EACH WEEK. YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORDER BY 11:59 PM ON SATURDAY FOR A TUESDAY DELIVERY AND BY 11:59 PM ON TUESDAY FOR A FRIDAY DELIVERY. THE DELIVERY WINDOW FOR ALL MEALS IS BETWEEN 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM FOR TUESDAY AND FRIDAY ORDERS. Meals are delivered to your door fresh, ready for heating and in foil containers (where applicable).
